Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Nordic-speaking clients in the automotive insurance and claims sector via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies and claims processing, offering guidance and solutions.
• Document customer interactions and claims accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about industry regulations and service improvements.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.

• Previous experience in customer support or the insurance sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
