You will be responsible for addressing inquiries and concerns from German-speaking clients related to compliance, fraud prevention, and financial security. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in German by responding to inquiries related to financial crime prevention and security measures.
- Assist customers with reporting suspicious activities and provide guidance on compliance practices.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, ensuring thorough and clear records for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate reports and escalate complex cases as necessary.
- Stay updated on regulations and industry standards for anti-financial crime initiatives and compliance.
- Proactively engage with customers, ensuring a supportive atmosphere and fostering trust.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of financial crime prevention strategies and customer service skills.
- Fluency in German with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably with knowledge or experience in financial compliance or law enforcement, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a commitment to upholding high standards of customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
