Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Amazon?s tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
  • Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and process improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
