This role offers a unique chance to support German-speaking customers in navigating their travel experiences, providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing outstanding service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary modifications, and address general inquiries about travel services.
• Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring they receive comprehensive information and support.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, packages, and company offerings.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and service improvement.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or tourism industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues promptly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in customer service software and technology platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for travel and helping customers create memorable journeys.
