Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer support to German-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy services and telemedicine consultations via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about medications, prescriptions, and telemedicine services.
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
• Educate clients on how to use online services, safety protocols, and medication management.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service offerings.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or telemedicine.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
