Responsibilities

- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential evenings or weekends as required.
