Light bulb changing in common area ? In room maintenance ? Cleaning and Organizing ? PM Checks ? VIP Checks ? Trouble shooting HVAC systems ? Respond to guest calls and colleague needs ? Respond to emergency situation ? Maintain the property ? Work on restaurant equipment ?
