Job Title: Customer Service Manager - Bedding Product Expert Job Description: We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to provide exceptional support to our valued customers and become an expert on our bedding client's products. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships. Key Responsibilities: ? Customer Service: ? Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat. ? Respond to all email and chat inquiries within 30 minutes. ? Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. ? Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges. ? Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times. ? Product Expertise: ? Become a thorough expert on our bedding client's product line, including materials, features, benefits, and care instructions. ? Confidently answer product-related questions and provide recommendations to customers. ? Stay up-to-date on... new product launches and promotions. ? Communication: ? Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in American English, both verbally and in writing. ? Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times. ? Team Management (If applicable): ? Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives. ? Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback. ? Ensure the team adheres to the 30-minute response time for email and chat inquiries. Skills Required: ? Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English. ? Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service. ?
