Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking banking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about their accounts, transactions, and various banking products and services.
• Guide clients through banking procedures and policies to ensure a smooth experience.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest banking products and industry trends to effectively assist clients.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
