Your Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries related to online ticketing and event services.
  • Guide clients through the ticket purchasing process and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • Resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to ensure accurate event information is available to clients.
  • Monitor ticketing trends and provide feedback to improve services and offerings.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or the events industry is preferred.
