We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Customer Success to join our Avalor Customer Success team. This role is located in the New York area, remote friendly. Reporting to the VP, Customer Success - Avalor you'll be responsible for:
- You will take a hands-on role and initially act as the first CSM, while building your team.
- You will ensure client satisfaction and success with products and services acting as the point of escalation for critical issues
- You will ensure the team has the tools, resources, and training to manage customer relationships
- You will establish metrics and goals for customer success and ensure the team's performance aligns with these goals
- You will collaborate with sales, professional services, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial onboarding through to long-term retention.
- You will utilize customer feedback and data analytics to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience in a consultative role in the cybersecurity space
- 2+ years direct people management experience with demonstrated effective leadership in terms of improving supervision of costs, methods, and staffing.
- Understanding of data analytics concepts, dashboards, data modeling and ETLs.

- Familiarity with vulnerability management programs
- Has been the founding member of a team and built one from scratch
