We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Ride-Sharing App Department. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about technology and customer service, and who enjoy assisting German-speaking users in navigating their ride-sharing experiences.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users regarding the ride-sharing app through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with ride inquiries, booking issues, and app functionality.
• Resolve complaints and provide solutions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain records of customer feedback and issues.
• Collaborate with the tech and operations teams to address customer concerns quickly and improve app functionality.
• Educate users on app features and promotions to enhance their ride-sharing experience.
• Gather insights from users to contribute to service enhancements and overall user satisfaction.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the tech or transportation sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented and adept at troubleshooting technical issues.
• Proficient in using customer support tools and standard office software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary.
