We are currently seeking a German Speaking Consultant for the Online Payment Solutions Department. This role is designed for individuals passionate about financial technology and online payment systems, aiming to provide top-tier consulting services to our clients.

Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their requirements related to online payment solutions.
• Provide expert advice and support in implementing and optimizing online payment systems for various businesses.
• Conduct thorough analyses of clients' current payment processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.
• Assist clients in navigating complex payment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online payment solutions to inform clients effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.

• Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Proven experience in consulting, particularly within online payment solutions or financial technology.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, gateways, and related compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms is a plus.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
