Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively resolve customer inquiries and technical issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain a warm and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
• Document and track customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices.

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong passion for customer service and an ability to connect with people.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a positive approach to challenges.
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
