In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional service as they navigate their car rental needs. Your fluency in Slovak and understanding of customer service best practices will enable you to effectively assist clients with inquiries, reservations, and any issues they may encounter during their rental experience. Responsibilities

  • Assist Slovak-speaking customers with inquiries regarding car rental services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage the booking process, including reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide customers with information about vehicle options, rental policies, and pricing.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with rental locations to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Stay updated on promotions, policies, and fleet information to assist customers better.
  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the car rental or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
