Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch related to real estate management services.
• Provide information about properties, leasing options, and maintenance requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain quality service standards.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to resolve client issues timely.
• Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and relevant regulations to assist customers effectively.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Prior experience in customer support, especially in real estate or property management, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of real estate concepts and terminology would be beneficial.
