Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information about travel products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the online travel platform and its offerings.
  • Document interactions with customers in the company’s CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
