Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Home Appliances Department for one of our clients! In this essential entry level role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing expert assistance and support for inquiries related to home appliances. Your fluency in Spanish will be key in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a strong interest in home appliances. You'll join a dedicated team that values communication and relationship-building with our clients.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions about product features, troubleshooting, and after-sales support
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Guide clients on product usage and maintenance to enhance their experience
- Collect and relay customer feedback for continuous service improvement
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and policies
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the home appliances or retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
