Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated consultation to Dutch-speaking clients regarding search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
• Assist clients in navigating search engine platforms and tools to maximize their advertising effectiveness.
• Analyze client performance data and deliver actionable insights for optimal results.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on search engine best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies.
• Stay informed of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and innovative digital marketing techniques.
• Promptly address customer inquiries and effectively resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of search engine tools and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
