Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform.
• Proactively resolve customer complaints and challenge issues effectively.
• Offer guidance and assistance in navigating the platform’s features and functionalities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in a customer support role, particularly in online platforms, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• A positive demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms and customer service software is a plus.
