Responsibilities

• Deliver expert support to Finnish-speaking customers on matters related to search engine services and digital marketing.

• Manage customer inquiries efficiently through various digital communication mediums.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both oral and written.
• Experience in customer service, consulting, or related fields, preferably in digital marketing.
• Comprehensive understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
