About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze data to uncover actionable insights that drive customer success, with a focus on identifying patterns and making data-driven recommendations. While this position does not involve heavy customer interaction, you will play a critical role in collaborating with internal teams and occasionally presenting findings to clients.

Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Data Analysis: Examine customer performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for optimizing pricing strategies.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-backed recommendations to adjust pricing settings or optimize between profit and revenue goals.
  • Insight Translation: Work with Customer Success and Data Science teams to translate analytical findings into practical business strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review customer metrics, reporting on successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Presentation: Communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data analysis and insights.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve analysis workflows and develop standard playbooks.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Technology, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless delivery of insights.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify patterns and insights within complex datasets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of P&L statements and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or SaaS business models.
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot.
