We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this independent contractor role (1099), you'll provide exceptional service to our customers from the comfort of your own home. Training is not paid until the second phase in which you begin to take calls, and once you are a certified CSP... Class time is unpaid: 2 weeks Phone training is paid:: 1 week After certification all serviced calls are paid. What You'll Do: Be a customer champion! Answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and resolve inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Communicate clearly and effectively via phone, email, and chat. Become a product or service expert – we'll provide comprehensive training. Work independently and manage your own schedule – set the hours that work best for you! You're a Perfect Fit If You Have: Excellent customer service skills – a passion for helping others is a must! Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Proficiency in common computer programs and a knack for learning new ones. Bonus Points for: Experience in customer service or a related field.
