In this vibrant role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries related to fashion products and orders, ensuring they have a fantastic shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries about product availability, sizing, order status, and returns while providing styling advice and recommendations. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch for all inquiries related to fashion and apparel products.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
  • Provide accurate information on product features, sizes, and styling advice.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure up-to-date product information.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and company promotions to enhance customer interactions.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or fashion sector preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or ticketing systems is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of providing thoughtful recommendations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
