US Consumer Services: This team is responsible for American Expressâ suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, innovative banking services and products, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs. The teamâs strategy is to build a strong premium Card business differentiated by Membership, which is brought to life by connecting our Card Members to what they love. Â
How will you make an impact in this role?Â

Analyze data and realize growth opportunities; to help businesses improve performance and drive growth

Be responsible for understanding how our business functions and how it might best be served using new and emerging digital products and/or services.

Build and track performance indicators to better understand customer behavior

Develop cost-benefit analyses to determine feasibility of new opportunities

Develop relationships with a variety of int e r n al and external partners

Share and leverage best practices and provide consultancy to team
- Manage end-to-end marketing initiatives or other customer-focused initiatives; develop and implement tests to measure effectiveness

Previous Marketing Internship Experience

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
