The House of Mercier is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Care Representative, available for both on-site positions in Athens or remote work within Greece. This role is designed for individuals who excel in customer service and are dedicated to providing a stellar experience for our German-speaking clients. You will be instrumental in addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Provide excellent customer care support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, issue resolution, and account management.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries and outcomes accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to deliver relevant support.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer care or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to efficiently resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • A proactive approach to learning about products and enhancing customer knowledge.
  • Willingness to embrace a remote working environment or work from our Athens office.
