- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both spoken and written, are mandatory.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred, particularly in consumer goods or domestic appliances.
- Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and provide tailored support.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
