Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding streaming services, including account issues and content access.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Educate customers about available streaming options and assist with technical questions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to ensure the quality of service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall service efficiency.

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Interest in streaming entertainment and technology is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
