Responsibilities

• Assist clients in optimizing their search engine marketing strategies and ensuring effective utilization of our services
• Provide expert recommendations on best practices for search engine marketing and customer engagement
• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and effective responses to their inquiries
• Analyze client performance data and provide actionable strategies for growth
• Stay current on search engine trends and maintain an updated knowledge base
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of search engines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is a must
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
• Strong grasp of search engine optimization (SEO) concepts and practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and deliver informed recommendations
• Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms
