Position Overview
We are seeking a Commission Operations Assistant to assist in managing commission-related tasks and ensure accurate financial data processing. This role will be responsible for handling commission cycles, processing sales-related data, and maintaining compliance with financial policies. The ideal candidate will have strong process management skills with experience in commission processing, deal processing, and/or order processing. This is a remote position, aligned with UK working hours. This means the successful hire will follow a mid-shift schedule in the Philippines.
\n- Process tickets related to sales commissions, validating data against account churn, attainments, quotas, and other relevant metrics.
- Perform commission calculations and prepare upload files with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance, ready for upload into commissions software.
- Review and update Salesforce Opportunities in accordance with established business rules and processes, verifying that key fields are accurate and up to date.
- Manage and resolve sales queries related to sales operations and Salesforce data issues, providing timely responses and resolution..
- Assist with re-calculations, data validation, and reconciliation tasks as needed.
- Complete all necessary commission calculations and preparations within strict monthly cycle deadlines.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to maintain efficient workflows and seamless coordination.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on financial data accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in sales commission processing, deal processing, or order processing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Opportunities and its role in sales operations.
- Ability to follow structured business processes for data validation and approvals.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve sales queries effectively.
- Previous experience in commissions processing.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Performio for financial and commission-related tasks.
