Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot IT-related queries and provide effective solutions for software and hardware issues.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, functionalities, and account management.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Offer customers training and guidance on product usage to enhance their experience.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in technology and company offerings to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in IT support or customer service, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong technical Knowledge and understanding of IT products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
