Job Description

This is a critical role, responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Inside Sales and Contracts team, providing technical support with quotations and specifications, allowing you to deliver a high level of customer service around the world whilst leading the team and raising standards wherever possible.

 

In this role you will report to the Customer Service Manager and work in a small team that works closely with the external sales teams and engineering departments.

 

In this role you will be responsible for both leading the team and also getting hands on, providing an exceptional level of customer service, preparing sales quotations, pre-qualification documents. You’ll also get involved with technical proposals and other forms of information required by the customer, and working on outstanding quotations within pre-agreed timescales and report accordingly.

 

This role is suitable for someone who has experience within a Inside Sales environment, has experience leading a team and ultimately wants to work for an OEM market leader within a dynamic industry.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Evidence of leading a team for a prolonged period of time
• Experience within an inside sales environment for a technical product
• Evidence of leading by example and not just through targets.

• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and solve problems independently
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise and multitask
• Strong leadership qualities
