職缺說明

工作模式：

• 在專案經理或專案建築師/設計師的指導下，進行設計發展、調整或修改，並與團隊合作溝通，共同協作項目。
• 需要具備獨立發展設計、並將設計成果向專案團隊成員呈現，能以解決客戶問題為中心提供設計解決方案。
• 能夠同時處理多項任務，具備靈活性和適應能力，能夠適應快速變化的項目要求和截止日期
• 能夠在合作且持續不斷進展的團隊工作環境中，充分發揮對設計的熱情和熱忱。

項目類型：

• 案件內容多元，包括私人及公共案件：總體規劃、建築設計、景觀設計、專案管理、室內設計等。

工作特質：

• 願意參與各項設計領域(廠辦、規劃、景觀等)及各設計階段(競圖提案、建築執照申請…等階段)之挑戰並積極學習，對於設計及實務執行的各方面皆有興趣。
• 有良好溝通能力，與跨部門或團隊合作經驗。
• 具責任心，在所需的進度內完成工作，同時對於遞交品質有自我要求。

工作內容：

• 包括計畫提案(競圖)、CAD設計圖面發展、施工圖、建置3D模型、效果圖、簡報與報告書製作等。
• 熟悉法規進行執照圖說繪製及申請資料製作。
• 發展設計、橫向溝通協調、與專業顧問溝通協調、處理設計細部、繪製細部設計圖說、編製預算等。
• 依照項目類型需求，需與其他專業和部門成員協調技術，及配合相關行政工作。 

應徵資格

條件要求：

• 具備大學或碩士學歷，建築設計相關學系畢業，具更高學歷者將優先考慮。
• 3 年底以上建築設計相關經驗，參與過建築、基礎設施或工業專案者尤佳。

具備技能：

• 熟悉設計發展與介面整合。
• 熟悉3D軟體BIM REVIT、Rhino、Sketchup、Lumion等，(具備Grasshopper-Script Skill，有REVIT細部設計或執照圖相關經驗尤佳)。
• 具法令、法規分析能力，設計發展中能進行法規檢討，具執照圖與施工圖繪製經驗佳。
• 熟悉Office軟體、Adobe系列軟體(如:Adobe illustrator、photoshop)。

• 工作時間： 週一至週五，上午 9:00 至下午 6:00（彈性工時），包含 1 小時午休時間。
