Responsibilities

  • Assist Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing support for inquiries regarding the streaming service.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming quality, account access, and billing.
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and viewing habits.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management to improve service processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Participate in training sessions to remain up-to-date with the latest features and offerings of the streaming platform.
  • Enhance customer engagement through follow-up communications and satisfaction surveys.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or media sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and think critically to resolve customer issues.
  • Familiarity with streaming services or online platforms is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate customer needs, including evenings and weekends.
