Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Italian and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Answer inquiries about smoke-free products and services, addressing customer concerns with empathy.
  • Assist customers with order placements, product information, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the smoke-free alternatives and company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance customer experiences.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service and product offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about industry standards and best practices.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support or service roles, ideally in the health or wellness sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care and empathy.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
  • Interest in promoting healthy lifestyle choices and smoke-free products.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
