Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries. ? Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience. ? Accurately document call content in real-time. Schedule: ? Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM ? Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM ? 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) ? Note: Rotating holidays as needed.
