Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 7 am-8pm CST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided Start Date: November 2024 Job Details ? Make outbound calls. ? Inbound depending on department needs. ? Using computer skills for data entry. ? Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. ? Analyze complex problems or scenarios and provide expert solutions. ? Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. ? Work with other team members or departments to provide insights and expertise as needed. ? Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) ? Medical call center experience is a plus but not required. ? Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. ? Great work attitude and willingness to help others. ? HS Diploma/Equivalent.
