Your day-to-day:
  • Be one of the first points of contact for our customers, both existing and potential, who have any questions or feedback.
  • Help in identifying and reporting any bugs to the appropriate team.
  • Share any suggestions coming from our customers for product development.
  • Improve our FAQs as well as macros to provide even better support to our customers.
  • Contribute to the training of our AI chat bot to make it even smarter and more helpful
  • Create automations and workflows.
  • Track Trustpilot reviews.


Your skills & experience:
  • Ability to work full-time during the night shift (1:00 AM– 10:00 AM) and every other weekend in a rolling work schedule & hybrid working model.
  • Experience in customer support or other relevant field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Quick reaction and concentration, as well as empathy and love for helping people.
  • Self-learner, independent problem-solver attitude.
  • Motivated and ambitious.

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Intercom automations.
  • Documentation writing.


Salary:
  • Gross salary: 1160 - 1820 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
