We are seeking a passionate French Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant! This Remote position offers an immediate start for the right candidate. A background in Fluent in French and English will be highly beneficial. This position comes with a salary of $50k - $70k per Year.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat regarding their search engine questions and concerns.
• Help customers manage their accounts, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide optimization strategies.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to effectively address more complex customer issues.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in search engine technology to provide relevant assistance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, particularly in digital services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and a strong grasp of computer literacy.
• A genuine interest in search engine technology and online marketing practices.
