Account Manager â Customer Success, LHH CTM & LDÂ
As an Account Manager at our company, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our customer relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to account management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and meeting all project and contractual obligations. You will be pivotal in maintaining the companyâs reputation for excellence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless client experience.Â

In this role you can expect toÂ
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Â
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and high-standard fulfillment of deliverables.Â
- Plan and implement projects to meet specific contractual deliverables and KPIs.Â
- Maintain regular reporting and up-to-date account records using CRM systems such as Salesforce.Â
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.Â
- Communicate continually with stakeholders to manage expectations and update them on account or project status.Â
- Identify problems and opportunities for process improvement to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.Â
- Work closely with Business Developers to expand client relationships and manage the comprehensive account portfolio.Â
- Focus on maximizing share of wallet and market share to drive revenue growth.Â
- Adhere to the full contract management process, including contract reviews and renewals.Â
- Drive initiatives focused on delivering world-class client experiences, emphasizing quality and delivery excellence.Â

- Proven experience in account management, particularly within industries such as HR-Services, Education, Coaching & Consulting, Professional Services and related.Â
- Strong capability in project management and meeting KPIs.Â
- Experience in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.Â
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.Â
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Â
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.Â
