Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with their car rental needs.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process rental agreements and other necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about vehicle availability, rates, and special promotions to customers.
- Assist customers with vehicle returns and inspections, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer services sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools and office applications.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
