Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truckers that call in ? Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers ? Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area ? Inputting relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type ? Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer require. Skills required: ? High School Diploma or GED ? Ability to move fast fix problems and be nice ? Previous Customer Service Experience, Call Center experience is a plus ? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language. ? Work from home experience preferred. ? History of great attendance ? Must be highly organized and able to follow-through ? PC familiarity and proficient typing skills- 35 wpm. ?
