Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract) will execute digital marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and sales performance. This remote, part-time contract role involves implementing campaigns and making data-driven decisions across multiple channels while maintaining our distinctive brand voice and aesthetic. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience, is comfortable with flexible hours, and thrives in a self-directed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Implementation

  • Execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms

  • Manage & implement email marketing campaigns 

  • Assist with retargeting and customer acquisition campaigns

  • Optimize landing pages and conversion paths

  • Help coordinate influencer marketing outreach

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track campaign performance metrics

  • Implement A/B testing across digital properties

  • Generate basic performance reports

  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights

  • Monitor ROI across channels

Team Management & Creative

  • Coordinate with external freelancers on asset development needs

  • Collaborate with virtual team members on marketing initiatives

  • Ensure brand consistency across digital channels

  • Contribute to launch strategies

  • Implement scheduled content across platforms

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics

  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce (health/wellness experience a plus)

  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely

Tools You Should Know

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Email marketing tools (Klaviyo or Brevo preferred)
