Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian, addressing inquiries about diabetes care products.
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and best practices for diabetes management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage ongoing engagement.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
