Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Italian, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Educate customers on smoke-free products and assist them through the purchasing process.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Promote a positive company image and uphold the organization's commitment to a smoke-free future.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • A strong interest in smoke-free alternatives and the e-cigarette industry.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
