Beauty & Skincare Products Department: FULL TIME Dutch Speaking

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch for beauty and skincare inquiries.
• Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they find the best solutions for their needs.
• Provide detailed information about product ingredients, usage, and benefits.
• Handle order processing, returns, and resolve any issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in beauty and skincare to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance product knowledge and promotions.
• Document customer interactions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on beauty or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for skincare and beauty products.
• Ability to understand and relay technical information effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries at once.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
