Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Italian to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their car rental bookings and policies.
  • Process rental bookings and modifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Educate customers about rental options and features available.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, promotions, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a unified customer service approach.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
