Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to smoke-free products, their usage, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements to provide up-to-date information to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the tobacco or smoke-free products industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
• A genuine interest in promoting smoke-free alternatives and a healthier lifestyle.
