• Deliver high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order management, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer needs.
• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
