Responsibilities
What Your Day Might Look Like:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Japanese-speaking clients through various communication channels.

- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
